The website sendcontainer.com (the "Website") is a logistics optimization technology platform operated independently as a personal software development project. As this is a launch-stage project without direct commercial activity and without a professional structure subject to commercial invoicing, identification and contact for any legal matter, claim, or enquiry are centralized exclusively at: hello@sendcontainer.com.

2. BETA VERSION NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

SendContainer is currently in development stage (Beta). The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", exclusively for informational and logistics technical assistance purposes. The Owner does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of stowage calculations, weight checks (VGM), cubic capacity calculations, centres of gravity, or container and vehicle dimensions generated by the algorithms.

User responsibility: The user is solely responsible for verifying safety, stability, lashing, and technical feasibility before carrying out any physical loading operation. Outputs are mathematical simulations and do not replace the judgment of a qualified on-site professional.

Limitation of damages: The Owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for material damage, economic loss, accidents, logistics delays, administrative penalties, or any other harm resulting from interpretation or use of data generated by the application.

3. INFORMATIONAL NATURE AND NO CURRENT COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

In compliance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this website does not currently constitute invoiced economic activity. Platform access and registration are free. References to "Pro", "Pricing", or fee sections are purely informational regarding potential future project scaling; there is currently no active payment gateway, paid transaction, or commercial service contracting.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK USE

Proprietary content: All algorithms, source code, interfaces, designs, logos, and text of SendContainer are the exclusive intellectual property of the author. Total or partial reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or use of scraping techniques (automated data extraction) is prohibited without express authorization.

Third-party marks: The Website may refer to shipping line names, container types (ISO), or international logistics terminology (VGM, UTC, etc.). SendContainer declares that it has no affiliation, association, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with any mentioned brands or companies. Such references are strictly illustrative and informational to support user operations.

5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND TECHNICAL LIABILITY

The Owner makes best efforts to maintain the platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for:

Errors or inaccuracies in load plans and 3D simulations.

Material damage to containers, goods, or vehicles due to improper stowage.

Technical failures, malware, service interruptions, or server downtime.

Service modification: The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel access to the tool at any time and without prior notice, without generating any right to compensation.

The Owner reserves the right to modify these terms to adapt them to legal, technical, or operational updates of the project. Users are advised to review this document periodically.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All disputes related to this Website shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply to the extent permitted by law.
