SendContainer is a load validator: it checks a shipment against industry regulations (SOLAS VGM, CTU Code, EN 12195-1, weights and axles, IATA) before you book or load, as pre-booking load validation, and returns a clear verdict (validated, validated with warnings or not validated), with the reason and the fix for each warning.

Three steps: add the load, choose the equipment and get the verdict.
- 01
Add your load
Type in the packages by hand or upload your packing list as Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo.
- 02
Choose the equipment or let it recommend one
Container, truck or ULD: you choose, or the validator suggests the one that best fits your load.

And more checks in every validation.Try it with your load.
Container, truck or air: each mode validates against the regulations for its transport.
Every validation ends in one of three results, so you know what to do without interpreting figures; and if data is missing, it tells you what.
- Validated
It fits and passes the checks with the data entered.
- Validated with warnings
It can ship, but there is something worth reviewing first.
- Not validated
It should not leave like this; the warning tells you why and how to fix it.
A warning does not stop at “no”: it tells you the reason and gives you a specific fix.
- Not validated
13.6 m trailer · Rear axle above its limit.
- Fix
Move the load 0.6 m towards the cab.
- Validated
13.6 m trailer · Axles and maximum weight within their limits.
Once the load is validated, the plan is ready for your customer or your warehouse.
PDF load manifest
With the load plan and the order of the packages, ready for the dock.

Questions about the validator
How is it different from a load calculator?
A calculator arranges the packages in the space. The validator also checks the load against the regulations (SOLAS VGM, CTU Code, EN 12195-1, weights and axles, IATA) and gives you a verdict, with the reason and the fix for each warning.
Do you store my packing lists?
No. They are read to validate the load and then discarded. Only the loads you choose to save in your history are stored.
Which formats does it accept?
You import your packing list as Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo. You can also type in the packages by hand.
Does it replace the scales or the certificates?
No. The validation uses the data you enter and does not replace the scales or the certificates. The VGM it shows is an estimate (load + tare).
Can I try it for free?
Yes: 3 validations without signing up, for containers and trucks with standard equipment. The full product is Pro. See pricing
