Getting started
Validate your first load.
In a few minutes: add your load, choose the equipment and read the verdict.
1. Open the validator
Go to Validate your load. You can start with the free trial, with nothing to install.
2. Choose the mode
Container, truck or air. The mode decides which rules apply.
3. Add your load
Each line is a product: dimensions, weight and quantity. Say whether it can be rotated and whether it can take cargo on top. If you already have the packing list, import it from Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo.
4. Choose the equipment
A container (20', 40', 40' HC, 45' HC, reefer, open top or flat rack) or a truck (curtainsider, mega trailer or reefer trailer). If you are unsure, let the validator suggest the one that best fits your load.
5. Read the verdict
| Verdict | What it means |
|---|---|
| Validated | It can be loaded as it is. |
| Validated with warnings | It can be loaded, but review the warnings first. |
| Not validated | Something needs to change before loading. |
Each warning comes with its reason and its fix. If some data is missing, so not everything could be checked, it tells you which.
What next
Save the load, share the plan through a branded link or download the PDF load manifest. To validate from your TMS or ERP, see the validation API.
Not sure about a term? Look it up in the glossary or read the guides.
